If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in what you do and are keen to contribute, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Inspecting components for imperfections and ensuring parts meet strict quality standards.
  • Following safe work procedures and using PPE correctly.
  • Working closely with other production teams to keep jobs moving through the factory efficiently.
  • Meeting production targets while maintaining a strong focus on quality and workmanship.

This is hands‑on, physical work that suits someone who enjoys working with tools and takes pride in producing a quality finished product.

What you bring:

  • A strong focus on safety.
  • Experience using hand and power tools such as grinders, linishers or sandblasters.

  • The ability to work well as part of a team.

People with backgrounds in panel beating, fabrication, mechanical work, construction, stone work or automotive hobbies often do well in this role. Experience in aerospace manufacturing is not required - we can teach the process. What matters most is attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.

Applications close on 26 November 2026. Strictly no agencies, please.
