Avive Health is bringing its digital marketing capability in-house, and we are looking for a hands-on digital marketer to take ownership of our digital platforms, CRM and customer journeys. This is an opportunity to build and shape a capability, not simply inherit a finished function. You will be Avive’s go-to expert for HubSpot, marketing automation, website performance, digital analytics and conversion. Working across Growth, Marketing & Communications and Technology, you will turn business needs into practical digital solutions that improve how prospective patients, referrers and partners connect with Avive. As Avive continues to expand its hospitals, services and digital models of care, you will have plenty of scope to build, automate and improve.
What you’ll do
- Own and optimise HubSpot, including CRM configuration, workflows, automation, integrations, data quality and reporting
- Build customer journeys, email sequences, lead scoring, segmentation and nurture campaigns
- Manage Avive’s WordPress website, landing pages, forms and digital integrations
- Improve the journey from lead to enquiry to conversion
- Establish reliable campaign tracking, dashboards and reporting
- Build and launch the digital elements of marketing campaigns
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and reduce manual work
- Support SEO and AI search optimisation across Avive’s digital content
- Work closely with Growth, Marketing & Communications and Technology to deliver effective digital solutions
What you’ll bring
- At least five years’ experience in digital marketing
- Strong hands-on HubSpot experience across CRM, automation, workflows, reporting and data management
- Practical experience managing WordPress websites, landing pages and forms
- Experience with digital analytics, campaign tracking and conversion optimisation
- Confidence working with system integrations and troubleshooting technical issues
- A strong understanding of the lead-to-enquiry-to-conversion journey
- Working knowledge of SEO, AI search optimisation and content editing
- Healthcare marketing experience, ideally within mental health, will be highly regarded
- Knowledge of AHPRA advertising requirements, or the ability to quickly develop it
