Aviva Medical Specialists Pty Ltd – Wahroonga NSW
A great opportunity for a highly motivated person with a professional and caring attitude. The right candidate would be interested in working with a small team to develop their professional skills within this role. Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position. Office hours are 7:30am – 4:30pm, however hours may vary on some consulting days. This is a flexible part-time/casual position with variable hours per week, potentially 4 days per week, for a dermatology/plastic surgical practice.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in minor surgical procedures in rooms
- Post operative care and education
- Assisting with daily practice flow at front desk
To be successful for this position, the preferable skills/attributes are:
- Previous nursing experience, ideally in private practice
- Minimum of six months or less nursing experience is required
- Ability to work autonomously
- Candidates may be current nursing students, enrolled nurses, or registered nurses
- Current nursing student qualification is the minimum requirement
- First year nursing student qualification is the minimum acceptable level
