Avina is offering a 12-month Graduate Program for Speech Pathology graduates to begin their clinical practice across community, clinic, home and school settings in Melbourne. The role focuses on developing clinical identity during onboarding and gradual caseload ramp-up, with support from senior clinicians and multidisciplinary teams.
You will engage in onboarding, shadowing, supervised sessions and ongoing professional development to support transition to independent practice.
