Avina is offering a 12-month Graduate Program for newly graduated Occupational Therapists across Australia. The program provides structured onboarding, gradual caseload ramp-up, and regular supervision with experienced clinicians to build confidence and practical experience.
Participants work within community, clinic and telehealth settings, expanding clinical skills while learning to navigate the NDIS environment and multidisciplinary teams under supportive leaders.
