AviGrain Australia is a proudly Australian manufacturer of quality grain and bird seed products, supplying stores and customers across the country. We're a friendly, growing team, and we're looking for a reliable and organised administration person to join us at our Purrawunda site, about 40 minutes from Toowoomba.
About the role
We're looking for a casual administrator to start right away and help our team through a busy period. This position works 9:30 am to 2:30 pm, five days a week, with some flexibility within these hours. You'll help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly, with a focus on accurate data entry and processing customer orders.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and process customer orders accurately
- Record product assemblies and inventory transactions
- Answer and direct phone calls, and respond to customer enquiries by phone and email
- Provide general administration and office support
- Keep records and information organised and up to date
About you
Our ideal applicant will be confident using Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, and take pride in getting the details right when entering data and processing orders. They'll be organised, friendly and comfortable working independently, with the reliability and commitment to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. Previous administration or office experience, or familiarity with accounting or inventory software would be an advantage.
