About the role
Our People & Culture Coordinator role is a hands‑on generalist role, with a strong focus on recruitment, systems and process – perfect for someone who enjoys the operational side of HR and is confident with systems. You’ll play a key role in the whole employee lifecycle, including advising employees/managers on policies procedures and processes, owning the recruitment function, be the HRIS champion, manage the P&C inbox as well as support the broader P&C team across performance management, remuneration and reporting.
About you
- You’ll be qualified in HR or a related field
- Previous experience as a P&C Coordinator or Administrator
- Confident working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
- Experience across the employee lifecycle with a particular strength in data accuracy and recruitment
- You’re happy to pitch in wherever needed and enjoy being part of a small team
