Your Impact:

  • Be the first responder to any village issues that arise including emergency calls, safety & security issues and providing first aid where needed.
  • Coordinate fun, social and inclusive activities for the residents.
  • Providing all-rounder support across the village, including light domestic duties and maintaining shared spaces to a high standard.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as creating resident newsletters, event flyers and helping communicate activities and updates.

What you will bring:

  • Experience delivering great customer service in a community-focused environment (e.g. background in hospitality, retail, aged care or administration).
  • A welcoming and dependable nature, with confidence working autonomously.
  • Flexibility to assist with ad hoc duties across the village, including amenities upkeep, food and beverage support, and basic admin tasks.
  • Confidence and responsibility to manage incidents and support residents during overnight stays.
