Aveo's Newstead Residences in Brisbane is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead day‐to‐day care of village buildings, grounds and shared facilities.
You will work with residents, the Community Manager and the maintenance team to ensure safety, high presentation and smooth operations.
The role suits someone with a trade background or facilities experience, who can supervise a small team, coordinate contractors and manage preventative maintenance programs.
Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm.
