Aveo Brisbane Communities is seeking a Care Partner (Clinical) to support residents in their homes across Taringa, Clayfield and Carindale. As an RN, you will advocate for residents, develop personalised care plans, and coordinate services to help them live independently for longer.
This permanent full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, an Aveo vehicle with a fuel card, and onboarding support from a dedicated Care at Home team.
