The role:
We are currently seeking a passionate Lead Educator to join our team at our Norman Park centre. Must be available 5 days per week between the hours of 7am-6pm Monday to Friday.
About You:
- Looking for a new challenge.

- Exceeding in your practice.
- A lifelong love of learning and have the desire to pass that onto children.
- Curious about the world and how to bring it into each child’s life.
Skills and experience:
- Recognised Early Childhood Qualification - Diploma.
- Passion for early childhood education.
- Skills to lead other educators, motivating them to excel as you deliver care and educational programs.
- A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
- Current First Aid.
- Current Anaphylaxis training.
- Current CPR Training.
- Geccko - Child Safety certificates.
- Hold a current Working with Children Check.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
