You will support members through the claims journey from notification to indemnity decision, delivering professional, empathetic service across multiple channels and ensuring adherence to policy terms and the Insurance Contracts Act 1984.
You will manage enquiries, maintain service levels and provide clear, well-justified decisions, acting as a reliable point of contact for members.
