Avanade is growing, and we seek motivated and engaged technology professionals to join our Managed Services team delivering continuous value to our clients' businesses. We are seeking a DevOps Support Engineer who can provide technical support across Azure DevOps, CI/CD, release management, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and cloud platform environments. You will work with business and technology stakeholders to resolve deployment issues, support configuration requests, investigate platform issues, and deliver low-to-medium complexity automation.
Qualifications Preferred Education and Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience supporting Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, live client environments, application support, or solution delivery roles.
- Experience supporting build and release pipelines, infrastructure automation, SIT, end-user coordination, UAT, go-live activities, ticket resolution, and managed services programs.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, YAML, PowerShell, Bicep, Terraform, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, APIs, Azure Integration Services, and Microsoft cloud services.
