Qualifications
Preferred Education and Experience
- 5+ years’ experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics 365 Field Service, Power Platform, business applications, live client environments, application support, or solution delivery roles.
- Experience supporting work order management, customer assets, agreements, resource scheduling, schedule boards, Field Service mobile, SIT, end-user coordination, UAT, go-live activities, ticket resolution, and managed services programs.
