Avanade is growing, and we seek motivated and engaged technology professionals to join our Managed Services team delivering continuous value to our client’s businesses. We are seeking an Azure Support Engineer who can provide technical support across Microsoft Azure infrastructure, identity, networking, compute, storage, monitoring, backup, security, and governance services. You will work with business and technology stakeholders to resolve incidents, fulfil service requests, investigate platform issues, and deliver low-to-medium complexity configuration and operational improvements across active client environments. You must be an Australian citizen.
Qualifications Preferred Education and Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience supporting Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, live client environments, application support, or solution delivery roles.
- 5+ years’ experience supporting Microsoft Azure, cloud infrastructure, live client environments, platform operations, application support, or solution delivery roles.
- Experience supporting Azure compute, storage, networking, identity, monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, security, ticket resolution, and managed services programs.
