- Hybrid | 12-Month Contract
- Lead major data centre infrastructure programs at the forefront of AI and high-performance computing.
We're partnering with a globally established technology solutions provider delivering sophisticated infrastructure programs for major enterprise customers.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Program Manager to take ownership of large-scale, multi-site data centre deployments supporting some of the most advanced computing environments in the market.
You'll have significant autonomy, commercial accountability and executive visibility, leading complex infrastructure programs from initial planning through to successful customer delivery.
The Opportunity
You'll oversee high-value infrastructure programs involving physical data centre deployments, AI computing environments and GPU infrastructure.
Working with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, technology vendors, integrators and field operations, you'll be responsible for bringing together the technical, operational and commercial elements of successful program delivery.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-site data centre infrastructure deployments.
- Oversee physical infrastructure installation, including hardware receiving, racking, cabling, configuration, validation and customer acceptance.
- Own program budgets, forecasts, commercial performance, delivery schedules and risk management.
- Lead and coordinate large, matrixed teams across technical delivery, OEMs, integration partners and field operations.
- Drive executive stakeholder engagement, program governance, vendor performance and contractual obligations, including statements of work and change control.
What We're Looking For
- Direct experience delivering physical data centre infrastructure is essential. We're looking for someone who understands the realities of deployment on the ground, not solely software implementation or digital transformation.
- Proven experience leading physical data centre deployments, including hardware installation, integration, validation and customer acceptance.
- 10+ years of project or program delivery experience, with at least 5 years leading complex, multi-site programs.
- Strong commercial acumen, with demonstrated ownership of substantial program budgets, forecasting and financial performance.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, OEMs, integrators and field delivery partners.
- Excellent executive stakeholder management, governance and communication skills.
Highly regarded: Experience delivering AI infrastructure, GPU clusters or high-performance computing environments, along with PMP certification or statement-of-work development experience.
Why Consider This Opportunity?
- You'll be joining an established global technology environment at a time when demand for sophisticated data centre and AI infrastructure continues to expand.
- This role offers genuine ownership of significant infrastructure investments, exposure to advanced computing technologies and the opportunity to influence delivery outcomes across multiple sites.
Interested?
If you have a strong track record delivering complex physical data centre infrastructure programs and are looking for your next significant challenge, we'd welcome your application.
