About the role
As a key link between customers and the workshop, you’ll help create a smooth and positive service experience from the initial enquiry through to vehicle collection.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and respond to enquiries about vehicle servicing and repairs
- Listen to customer concerns and gather clear information about their vehicles
- Coordinate service bookings and communicate requirements to the workshop team
- Keep customers updated on progress, timelines and any additional work identified
- Explain service recommendations and costs in a clear, approachable way
- Support a well-organised reception area and contribute to a positive customer experience
About you
- You communicate confidently and enjoy building rapport with customers
- You’re organised, attentive to detail and comfortable managing competing priorities
- You take a helpful, professional approach when resolving customer questions
- An interest in the automotive industry or previous customer service experience would be an advantage
