This is a performance-driven role for someone who understands sales, knows how to build value, follows up consistently and knows how to close. You will manage phone, online and showroom enquiries, selling wheels, tyres, suspension and 4x4 accessories while building complete 4x4 packages.

About you
- Minimum 3–4+ years proven sales experience
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Automotive, 4x4, wheels & tyres or aftermarket experience strongly preferred
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Excellent phone and face-to-face sales ability
- Strong follow-up and lead-management skills
- Commercial understanding of gross profit, margins and discounting
- Confidence selling high-value products and packages
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, hungry, competitive and accountable
