About the Role: We are excited to offer a Casual Warehouse - Storeperson position in our incoming team at our NSW Distribution Centre located at Smithfield. Join our dynamic growing team and play a vital role in our efficient operations!
The primary role of the Storeperson (Incoming) is to undertake:
- Loading and unloading containers and IBT cages
- Picking and packing of goods
- Safe handling of stock and use of RF Scanner Technology
- General warehousing duties
- Comply with ALL company policies, guidelines, directions & QA practices
- Repetitive movements and some heavy lifting
About you, skills and experience: We are looking for someone with the right attitude and ability to be adaptable, think on your feet, communicate efficiently and work well within a team. We are looking for someone who has:
- A good understanding of ERP-type processes.
- Ability to work within a rapidly changing and diverse environment.
- Manual handling experience with the ability to lift up to 15 kgs.
- Forklift Licence (not required but is desirable).
