Auto & General is seeking a strategic leader to head the Home Claims Management team in Australia. You will oversee the end-to-end claims process, from lodgement through to settlement, and manage both the Home Contact Centre and control systems.
You will lead a high-performing team, drive customer experience and cost efficiency, and partner with Assessing, Network, and Commercial teams to deliver ambitious outcomes while upholding risk and governance standards.
