Auto & General Australia is seeking a Technical Trainer to build and enhance the technical capability of Recoveries & Settlements consultants and leaders. You will design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training, partnering with the Technical Capability Manager to close capability gaps.
You'll develop current training materials, ensuring alignment with processes, legislation and business requirements, while delivering engaging sessions across multiple sites and audiences.
