Auto Corner Mackay is looking for a driven, customer-focused Assistant Service Manager to join our growing team across our Toyota, Isuzu and Hyundai dealerships. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, gets results and thrives in a fast-paced service environment.
The Role
- Reporting directly to the Group Service Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our Service Department and leading our team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Leading, supporting and motivating the Service team.
- Driving the team to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity and financial results.
- Providing support and guidance to our Service Advisors.
- Ensuring clear and effective communication between customers, Advisors and the Workshop.
- Liaising closely with the Workshop and Warranty Departments.
- Helping manage the day-to-day operation of a busy, high-volume Service Department.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, customer experience and team performance.
- Supporting the Group Service Manager in achieving departmental targets.
