About the role
We are seeking Cleaning Teams to join Austwide Building Services Pty Ltd on a casual basis. Based in Coogee, Matraville and Darceyville, this role offers flexible work opportunities for individuals or teams looking to contribute to maintaining pristine commercial and residential properties. This is an ideal position for those seeking casual employment with the flexibility to work on a project-by-project basis, whilst being part of a professional and established cleaning services company.
Key responsibilities
- Performing routine and specialised cleaning tasks across commercial and residential properties
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with client specifications and company guidelines
- Operating and utilising cleaning equipment and materials safely and effectively
- Responding to cleaning requirements with attention to detail and efficiency
- Following health and safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure coordinated and efficient service delivery
- Adapting to varying cleaning tasks and environments as required
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning services
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and flexibility to work on a casual basis with varying schedules
- Physical fitness and capability to perform cleaning duties
- Willingness to follow health and safety procedures and best practices
