We're looking for passionate, hands‐on people to join our Natural Areas team. If you thrive outdoors, care about the environment, and enjoy working in a team that makes a real impact — this could be your next move.
What you'll be doing:
You'll work across diverse South East Queensland landscapes, from coastal corridors to urban bushland, restoring native ecosystems and tackling environmental weeds. Every day is different: you might be planting native species, managing weed infestations, maintaining habitat corridors, or supporting large-scale restoration projects.
Our crews start and finish each day at our Stapylton depot, heading out to sites in company vehicles.
What we're looking for:
- A strong work ethic and physical fitness for active outdoor work
- Some knowledge of SEQ native and weed species
- Experience in weed control techniques, including safe chemical application
- Practical skills using power tools (e.g. augers, hedge trimmers, brushcutters)
- White Card (Construction Safety Card)
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport to get to base
- A commitment to working safely and protecting the environment
- Certificate III in Conservation & Ecosystem Management (or currently studying)
- ACDC Licence
- Chainsaw ticket
- Manual or MR/HR licence
- First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
We value our people and provide stable, full-time employment (part‐time and casual options also available). You'll be supported with:
- All uniforms and PPE supplied
- A smoke‐and‐drug‐free workplace
- Regular health and fitness benefits — including access to our on‐site gym, personal trainer, nutrition advice, and annual skin checks
- A company culture built on teamwork, safety, and care for the environment
If you're ready to make a genuine difference to the natural landscapes of South East Queensland — we'd love to hear from you.
