Australia’s Oyster Coast is seeking an ocean-loving, hands-on worker for a casual 3-month role on the NSW coast. You will help with land-based and on-water oyster farming tasks, in varying weather, outdoors, with a close-knit team.
Responsibilities include grading and preparing oysters, packing, loading/unloading punts, repairing gear, cultivating and harvesting oysters, vessel and deck duties, and keeping farm sheds clean and maintained.
