Australian Venue Co. is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead Galway Hooker, a distinctive Irish pub in Scarborough, WA.
You’ll own the people, performance and guest experience, guiding an established team and driving the venue’s commercial direction.
You’ll manage P&L, labour, stock, and budgets, while leveraging entertainment, local marketing and community engagement to enhance guest experiences and revenue.
