What You'll Be DoingAs Venue Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the venue by: Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team.
Driving exceptional guest experiences and premium service standards.
Managing venue performance, labour, costs and financial outcomes.
Building a positive team culture focused on accountability and business growth through strong commercial decision-making.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and licensing requirements.
What We're Looking For2+ years' experience as a Venue Manager or in a senior operational hospitality leadership role. A genuine team player who leads by example.
Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs and venue performance. A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams. An ambitious leader looking to grow their career within a large hospitality group.
