Your day, on the move: We plan your schedule. You pack your Esky from your AVS-supplied home vaccine fridge, head to your first client site and set up. You’ll welcome a steady stream of employees, many grateful it’s quick and easy, before moving on to the next workplace. Finish your e-records (within 24 hours of each clinic) and you’re done.
What you’ll love:
- Competitive hourly rate, plus cold-chain and mileage allowances
- Everything supplied: a purpose-built vaccine fridge for your home, Esky, anaphylaxis kits and all clinic equipment
- Our system reports every vaccination to the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) for you, so there’s no double entry
- Use your own tablet, or one of ours
- Independence onsite, with our Clinical Head Office Team a call away
- Flexible seasonal work: 20–40 hours a week (minimum 2–3 days a week), from mid-March to mid-June 2027
- Schedules planned for you, with clinics clustered to reduce travel
- Guaranteed weekly hours available for nurses with full availability (ask us at interview)
- A paid pre-season induction in February–March 2027 for new AVS nurses, so you start the season confident

- Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- A recognised Nurse Immuniser qualification and authorisation to vaccinate in Victoria
- Current CPR and anaphylaxis management competencies, renewed annually
- A National Police Check and unrestricted Australian work rights
- A full driver licence and a reliable, registered and insured vehicle
