The day to day:
- Provide evidence-based clinical care in the community with a focus on Home Care Package, Commonwealth Home Support Program, and Hospital Substitution programs.
- Deliver targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs.
- Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals.
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team for optimal client outcomes.
- Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor.
