Australian Unity Limited is seeking a Chef Manager to lead a kitchen team at Peninsula Grange, Mornington, delivering nutritious meals for residents and managing dietary requirements in a supportive aged-care setting.
You will drive hygiene, stock control, and ACQS compliance, while guiding a team of Food Service Assistants and Chefs in a resident-centered service approach. The role is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, with a values-driven workplace culture.
