Do you meet these minimum requirements?
- Live in or near Broken Hill NSW
- Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept International licences or shared/rental vehicles)
- Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (some weekend rosters available for experienced carers)
- Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start! (Get ready to learn, grow and be supported!) Travel is required for training.

- Hourly Rate: $32.561 - $36.59 p/h - depending on experience + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time
What You'll Be Doing:
- Entry-Level Carers: Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Experienced Carers: Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties and social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.
Most importantly: be a friendly face and brighten someone's day! As a valued team member, you'll provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role - this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers. From helping with household tasks to offering personal support, you'll make a real difference in people's lives every day.
