ATDW is Australia’s national tourism data and content platform. We’re seeking a hands-on CRM & Customer Lifecycle Manager to transform how we engage with more than 35,000 tourism businesses and partners.
You’ll own CRM workflows, build journeys and segmentation, and produce targeted lifecycle communications. This is an individual contributor role in a small team, focusing on practical delivery rather than briefing others.
