Schedule:
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Pay Rate: $33 - $36 per hour
About the Role:
We are currently seeking physically fit, reliable, and safety-conscious RF Scanners, Pick-packers, and Tugger Operators to support our client's high-volume operation located in Melbourne's western suburbs. This is a physically demanding role that involves container work, general warehousing tasks, and order processing in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking, Packing and Sorting a variety of goods
- Manual handling and lifting (15kg-25kg)
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area
- Following OH&S protocols and site safety procedures
- Assisting with inventory movement and stock replenishment
- Operate a tugger safely
To Be Successful, You Will Have:
- Warehousing, RF Scanner, and Pick-packing experience preferred
- Manual unloading and loading of shipping containers - preferred but not essential
- Physical fitness to handle repetitive lifting and extended standing periods
- High level of reliability, attention to detail, and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment
- PPE Required: Steel-capped boots and high-visibility clothing
