We’re on the hunt for a customer service focused, people-driven Store Manager to take the reins at ASN Narre Warren and turn it into the beating heart of the local fitness community. If you have an impressive sales track record, retail management experience and or love supplements, live and breathe health & performance, and know how to inspire a team, this is your chance to lead a store that genuinely changes lives. This role isn’t your standard retail gig. You’ll be the face of the store, the coach, the strategist, and the hype-leader all in one. You’ll build relationships, run events, drive sales, and create an environment where customers feel supported, educated, and excited to come back.

The Role
As Store Manager, you’ll own the store’s performance, culture, and reputation. You’ll lead from the front, drive sales, and create an environment where customers and team members feel inspired.
- Lead daily operations with energy, confidence, and high standards
- Deliver unforgettable customer experiences that build loyalty
- Recruit, train, and mentor a motivated, knowledgeable team
- Drive sales, smash KPIs, and execute smart growth strategies
- Build strong partnerships with gyms, PTs, and local fitness networks
