About the role
Red Cross believes that everyone deserves a home that is safe, secure and affordable. In this role you will be responsible for leading the Business Operations Team within Red Cross's Homelessness Programs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring accuracy, integrity and compliance of office management systems (electronic and manual), including filing, registers and quality assurance document control.
- Supporting monitoring and maintenance of facilities, equipment, amenities and resources in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Supporting asset and resource management activities, including asset registers, fleet maintenance, security fobs, locker allocations and contact number updates.
What you will bring
- Proven track record as an effective leader, supporting and building constructive relationships within teams.
- Prior experience in ensuring integrity and compliance of office management systems (electronic and manual), including filing, registers and quality assurance document control.
- Ability to effectively monitor and maintain facilities, equipment, amenities and resources.
- Experience within asset and resource management.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills including excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in use of software applications.
- Working with Children Check.

This role is covered by the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award – Level 5, salary from $100,776.00 + salary packaging + superannuation.
