Australian Red Cross Lifeblood's Geelong Donor Centre seeks a Centre Service Officer to warmly greet donors, provide clear instructions, and help ensure a positive donation experience. You’ll manage donor information across multiple systems, assist with paperwork, and support day-to-day centre operations with a friendly, customer-focused approach.
