Dural Psychology is a well-established, highly regarded practice in Northwest Sydney. Our clients consistently rate us 9 out of 10 when asked how likely they are to recommend us to their friends. We currently have more referrals coming in than our team can take on, and we're looking for a fully registered Psychologist to join us and build a caseload quickly.
Some information about us:
- You will have a steady referral flow from day one.
- A collaborative team who value clinical excellence, integrity, and looking after each other.
- Monthly individual case consultations and regular peer supervision.
- Reasonable caseloads, flexible work options, and real encouragement to take leave.
- You choose which clients you see, so your caseload stays within the age range and presentations you're most comfortable and skilled working with.
- Full admin support that keeps you focused on clinical work, not paperwork.
- A well‐resourced, comfortable office.
What we're looking for:
Full AHPRA registration as a Clinical or Registered Psychologist, solid post‐registration clinical experience and someone who genuinely cares about clients and colleagues.
Remuneration:
We offer a contractor split with earning potential of $150+ per hour, and we're happy to discuss an employee arrangement instead if that suits you better.
We would love to hear from you!
If we sound like a good fit, we'd love to talk further with you. Please send through your CV and some information about yourself to Stephanie at
