Our client, a global leader in the warehousing and distribution sector, is expanding their team and offering exceptional opportunities with competitive pay rates ranging from $35.37 to $48.31 per hour. With Day Shift (4:30am start) and Afternoon Shift (1:00pm start) available for immediate commencement, this is your chance to secure ongoing casual work with a view to permanency.
About the Role:
As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of stock within a fast-paced distribution centre environment. This role is based in a temperature-controlled warehouse, requiring work within Chiller and Freezer environments.
- Operating picking machinery and warehouse equipment
- Manual handling of products up to 25kg
- Working collaboratively to achieve daily KPI targets
- Adhering to strict safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment
- Developing new skills and taking on new opportunities within the operation

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience in manual handling or warehouse environments preferred
- Willingness to work in Chiller/Freezer conditions
- Availability to work multiple days per week, including weekends
- Flexibility to work - Day and/or Afternoon shifts
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment
- Interest in securing long-term employment
