ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Design Consultant, you will support customers in bringing their backyard dreams to life through customised design solutions. With experience, you will offer thoughtful design advice tailored to their style, budget, and practical needs.
We will train you on how to:
- Engage with prospective customers and close sales
- Maximise revenue by meeting KPIs
- Visit customers' homes for on-site design consultations
- Respond and action customer enquiries
- Ensure any remedial matters are resolved quickly and with minimal impact to the customer and business
