Located within the Commercial, Planning and Strategy Portfolio, the Venues and Functions Officer supports the delivery of events, venues, and accommodation services through efficient bookings management, front-of-house rostering, and operational coordination. The position provides reception, customer service, and administrative support, contributing to the smooth operation of the Venues and Functions team.
The role fosters strong stakeholder relationships, assists in promoting events, venues and accommodation offerings to achieve marketing objectives, and ensures compliance with university policies and sustainability practices, aligned with the University's mission and values.
