Your Role
- As a Personal Banker, this role will be the first point of contact for our Members to service their everyday banking needs such as taking enquiries and processing applications on Saving Account Products, Insurances, Personal loans and Credit cards, while educating our members on digital Banking solutions.
- Providing seamless end to end banking experience.
- Making outbound calls to new and prospective members.
- Referring mortgage enquiries to our mortgage specialist.
- Creating meaningful conversation with members by building trust and confidence.
- Building relationships within the Defence Community.
- Educating our members to adopt and use digital banking tools.
About You
- We’re looking for bright minds, promoters of digital banking and strong level of numeracy talented individuals to join our team.
- Previous experience in retail banking sector Tier 2 accreditation is preferred.
