The Opportunity Australian Industry Group Apprentice and Trainee Centre, in partnership with Catholic Care Victoria, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Administration Trainee to join their Dandenong team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable administration and reception experience while completing a nationally recognised qualification.
Working alongside experienced administration professionals, you'll develop practical business skills in a supportive environment while contributing to a well-respected organisation that provides valuable community services. Position Details
- Location: Dandenong, VIC
- Employment Type: Full-Time Traineeship (37.5 hours per week)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Duties May Include
- Providing general administrative support to the office team
- Greeting visitors and assisting with reception duties
- Managing and maintaining filing and record systems
- Data entry and document processing
- Assisting with office correspondence and communications
- Answering and directing phone enquiries
- Supporting day-to-day office operations
- Maintaining accurate records and business documentation
About You
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with the right to work in Australia
- Completed Year 10 or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office applications
- Professional presentation and phone manner
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willing to obtain a Working with Children Check
- Willing to complete pre-employment screening and background checks as required
