Hearing Australia is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support our Warragul and Pakenham hearing centres. This permanent part-time role is 15 hours per week (Thu-Fri) with an initial two-week full-time training period, and occasional Saturday availability.
You’ll greet clients, manage counter and phone inquiries, bookings, claims processing, data entry, and monthly reports, while liaising with diverse clients and supporting clinicians with basic hearing aid tasks.
