- We are seeking an experienced and motivated
State Operations Manager to lead our Victorian operations.

- Geelong Region
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational performance, client satisfaction, team development, and business growth within the state.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all Victorian sites
- Manage and improve service delivery to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Recruit, train, and manage staff
- Conduct site inspections and client meetings
- Manage rostering and ensure compliance standards are met
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing operations team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Oversee, in conjunction with Contract Managers the timesheets of employees.
- Maintain all compliance requirements through our Integrated Management System.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have
Minimum 5 years ’ experience in a senior management or operational leadership position.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a commercial cleaning portfolio , including oversight of operations, client relationships, financial performance, and service delivery standards.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
