Australian Department of Defence – Richmond NSW is seeking an Executive Level 1 Air Traffic Controller to lead ATC operations and training within a Defence context. The role covers line controller duties, supervising ATC training, and staff development in a high-pressure environment.
You will lead a cohesive team, provide policy-advice, and ensure compliance with ATC procedures across civilian and Defence aircraft movements at Richmond. Experience in ATC and tower operations is preferred.
