Join Integrated Care Rehabilitation Services as a Clinical Nurse (Cardiac Rehabilitation Coordinator) at Hervey Bay and Maryborough Hospitals. Support patients on their recovery journey following cardiac events, helping them improve their heart health, build confidence and achieve better long‑term outcomes.

Your opportunity:
- To provide expert clinical and patient-centred care within Integrated Care Rehabilitation Service by supporting the facilitation and provision of quality and cost effective nursing services which are consistent with contemporary standards and evidence-informed practice.
- Responsible for a portfolio with a focus on Cardiac Rehabilitation clinical care/ leadership, management, education and/or research within the Integrated Care Rehabilitation Service. The Clinical Nurse practices autonomously, applies critical thinking and provides leadership in clinical decision making to give and/or coordinate care for clients within the Cardiac Rehabilitation program of the Integrated Care Rehabilitation Service.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $139,931 p.a., comprising salary between $114,532 - $122,643 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6 (1)) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
