The Company
Our client is a leading global manufacturer in the FMCG sector, producing premium food products at its state-of-the-art Dandenong South facility. With continued investment in new production lines and equipment, the business is expanding its team and offering excellent opportunities for long-term employment, training and career development.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Operating a forklift to transport goods between packaging factories and the warehouse.
- Moving packaging materials, finished goods, dry goods and other products.
- Loading, unloading and transferring goods safely and efficiently.
- Delivering goods to designated staging areas for collection by the warehouse team.
- Using RF scanners to scan and track goods between locations.
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised working environment.
To be successful, you will need to have:
- Current and valid LF Forklift Licence.
- Previous forklift experience in a FMCG manufacturing, warehouse or logistics environment.
- Experience loading, unloading and transporting goods safely.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes and instructions.
- RF scanning experience highly regarded.
- Reliable, safety-focused attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Hours & Pay Rate:
Day Shift: 6:00am - 6:00pm, $31.42 per hour + superannuation
Night Shift: 6:00pm - 6:00am, $40+ per hour + superannuation
- 7 shifts per fortnight, approximately 13 shifts per month.
- Every second Saturday off, with opportunities for additional overtime, including Sundays.
