The role
You’ll lead the clinical team, oversee clinical governance, quality and compliance, manage incidents and complex care, and build strong relationships with residents, families and staff.
What You’ll Need
- Current Division 1 AHPRA registration
- Residential aged care experience, with time in a clinical leadership role (CNM, Clinical Care Coordinator, Deputy or acting Care Manager all count)
- Solid knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance
