You will be working in a state-of-the-art facility with four ultrasound rooms, utilising advanced Philips EPIQ scanners. Your expertise will be crucial in providing high-quality imaging across various specializations, including Obstetrics, Paediatrics, Abdominal, Renal, Pelvic, MSK, Small Parts, and Vascular ultrasound.

All about the duties will I perform?

• Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations in Obstetrics, Paediatrics, Abdominal, Renal, Pelvic, MSK, Small Parts, and Vascular specialties using Philips EPIQ scanners.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate interpretation and reporting of ultrasound findings.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation of ultrasound procedures.
• Provide compassionate care and support to patients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have during the ultrasound process.
• Ensure the ultrasound rooms and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and functioning properly.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for patients and staff.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in sonography to continually improve skills and knowledge.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior sonographers or students as needed.
• Manage workload efficiently to accommodate the needs of the department and maintain a smooth workflow.
