Operations Support Officer/Senior Ops Support Officer
Aussie Lifts is a market leader in the manufacture, installation, and servicing of lifts to Australia's residential and commercial sectors. We are a dynamic company with ambitious growth plans and we are looking for an energetic Operations Support Officer/Senior Operations Support Officer to join our team.
This is a fantastic, diverse role suited to an individual who enjoys problem solving, engaging with various stakeholders, innovation and quality service delivery.
Based out of our Head Office in Acacia Ridge, we are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter with loads of initiative who has a passionate client focus. As the first point of contact for the business, you will have a professional, friendly and courteous manner.
Duties Include:
- Scheduling Installation Technicians to carry out inspections, installations and warranty works;
- Manage and action defect and warranty items related to installation works;
- Prepare and review compliance documentation required for installation and handover activities;
- Provide customer service to our clients via phone & email;
- Work with our Technicians to prepare attendance reports and relevant documentation following any site attendances;
- Assist with fleet management activities; and
- Support other areas of the business as required.
Skills & Experience:
Applicants with limited experience in the above are welcome to apply although experience will be highly regarded.
- Strong work ethic with a can do attitude.
- Team player.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Experience with field management based software such as Sim Pro (highly desirable)
- Experienced in Microsoft office suite such as word and excel.
- Prior experience in the lift industry (desired, but not essential)
This is a permanent position, offering full-time hours for the right candidate. Enjoy a RDO every 4 weeks!
